According to the article, from the top of the swing the first move is to tilt and then rotate. There a step in there that you can get rid off so that everything can rotate around an automatic tilt on the down swing and fine tune your golf swing.
If you get to the top and over tilt and fall back you will have the tendency to hit the ground and then the ball and hit very skinny shots to the right. If you don’t tilt on the down swing you will have a tendency to come over the top of the ball. Also, if the top of the spine is in front of the ball and the lower spine is behind, everything is going to have a tendency to go to the left and obviously you will lose balance on the follow through.
How do you balance your tilt? By ground leverage and braced tilt.
