In this section, Shawn Clement makes and intro and talks about the contents of the February 2008 Golf Magazine mainly on how to lag the club.

Two things are going to help you out as far as the lag is concerned. Watch the Arm Motion video and you will understand how the right arms fall and the wrists hinge and on the downswing, if you were to let the club fall the club would fall straight down. As the club falls down it basically pushes your hands all the way to the golf ball then gravity will deploy the club.

The frame of mind you want to have as you are letting the club fall I not letting the club fall to the ball but through the ball and towards the target. Your eyes are on the ball but your focus should be in your target.

The sequence power drills increases lag and it gets rid of the old chicken wing on the way through the golf shot.

As you bring your feet together you will notice how the club is slightly inside the target line. You can lag the club through feel and proper focus through the target.

In this section, Shawn Clement talks about a soldier who lost his leg on the war and how golf saved his slide. That soldier learned to move around his center of gravity during the golf swing despite of his having only one leg.
