In this section, Bobby Eldridge makes an introduction and talks about the value of the left hip and the role it plays and what it means to clear your hips.
In this section, Bobby Eldridge demonstrate the two thing that will happen if you swing your hips towards the target when doing a golf swing. If you swing your hips toward the target you will get inside too much and the club face would not come back down on the arc and make the ball go to the right of your intended direction. When swinging your hips toward the target you will increase the chance of hitting a crossover.
In this section, Bobby Eldridge will teach the rule of thumb on the proper hips movement and position. The left hip in the downswing must must go backwards. It goes around instead of going down. This is to give the arms space to swing to.
