In this section, Shawn Clemens makes an introduction and talks about how some golfers bob their head during the golf swing and talks about the analogy of a golf swing.

In this section, Shawn Clemens talks about bobbing the head during the golf swing. He explains that there is a natural bounce whenever we walk and this is the same as when we do a golf swing. It is alright if your head bobs during the golf swing as long as you are bouncing your head a little bit to the right side and bounce back to the left side to give you more momentum and as long as bobbing your head is an unconscious reaction. To answer the question, yes, bobbing the head too much will affect your golf swing but bobbing the head in accordance to the natural flow of the golf swing is perfectly alright.

In this section, Shawn Clemens will talk to you about what the right knee does during the back swing. Should it stay flexed or should it extend? Do not be too conscious on your knees during the back swing. Allow the flow of the swing to happen and to do over extend the leg. As to your right knee, flex it just enough and extend it just a little bit on the back swing.
