In this section, Shawn Clement makes an introduction and introduces you to the heavy gloves that weights 1 pound each that will allow you to feel that heavy momentum that is necessary on the golf swing. Pick a glove size that is a little bit bigger that what you will normally wear so that they are easy to takeoff and fit in your hands pretty snag. One other thing that you should remember when using these gloves is do not swing at full capacity so as no to hurt your shoulder joints. The benefits of using the heavy gloves are the feel of heaviness on your arms when you let your arms hang from your shoulders, the extra weight on the gloves will help you feel that the club and the arms are one. If you tend to put the glove offline on the backswing and pull the club to the inside and having your arms too laid off on top of the swing you will feel the weight of the arms pulling you back while you are wearing the heavy gloves.

In this section, Shawn Clement will show you the perpetual motion drill using the heavy gloves. You will feel the weight on the sockets of your shoulders and also feel it whenever your arms collapse against you.

The arms do not rely on the body for placement. The arms and the club rely on gravity and centrifugal force for placement. This will help the body get out of the way of the arms during a golf swing. With the extra weight of the gloves swinging through the shot, you will also feel that you need to sit a little more into your feet to prevent the club from pulling your forward. This will help you especially if you are always falling off in your stance during the golf swing.
