Putting Techniques - Shoulder Line
In this section Bobby Eldridge makes an introduction and talks about how some golfers push or pull their short puts.
Bobby Eldridge demonstrates the relationship of your shoulder alignment to the direction of the ball when it travels. By putting the shaft across your sholder line you will be able to determine where yur ball is going when you hit it. A shoulder aimed on a left will make the ball travel left of the target. A ball too far forward in your stance will also make you aim left.
Bobby Eldridge demonstrates the right way to putting by squaring the shoulder, putting the ball right in the middle of the stance that wil propel the ball straight forward and not to the left or to the right of the target.
