In this section, Bobby Eldridge explains that whenever you consistently hit the ball fat or thin then there must be something wrong with your posture since posture plays a big part in corectly hitting the ball when doing a full swing.
In this section, Bobby Eldridge demonstrates the proper posture when doing a full swing but first he will demonstrate the wrong posture when doing a full swing by bending too much. In bending too much you will get a fat shot and mostly hit the ground behind the ball. The proper posture to do a full swing is by lifting your chin up an inch or two right after you address the ball and just about when you are getting ready to hit it. Lifting your chin up will help you swing the golf club back into the golf ball where you will hit the ball first and then the ground.
In this section, Bobby Eldridge demonstrates how standing a little too tall can make you hit thin shots and then reviews the proper posture to hit the ball solidly by slightly flexing your knees and just bending a little bit.
