In this section, Denis Pugh makes an introduction and talks about the importance of motion in the golf swing. Even though you get the 3 fundamentals of the short game which is the balance, the plane and the leverage you should work on your motion as this is the thing that glues together these 3 fundamentals.

In this section, Denis Pugh will teach you how to improve the motion of your golf swing and make it more pendulum like without rushing. One area in the golf swing that we often rush is on the downswing where we jerk the club and change the motion of the swing changes. To avoid this, practice this drill by swinging back and stopping for a tad on the top of your backswing and then swinging through. The pause on top of the backswing will give you the chance to get the motion correct as you swing through.

In this section, Denis Pugh will teach you how to improve the motion of your golf swing by practicing on swinging the golf club back and through in a more fluid motion.
