In this section, John Lubin makes and introduction about the importance of posture in golf. Posture determines where the club hits the ground. If you have the correct posture, the arms and the club will find the ground much easier.
In this section, John Lubin explain the two kinds of tilt to achieve correct posture. The first tilt is to tilt the spine to the right. After you address the ball, raise the club and hold it parallel to you body, tilt the club and the spine to the right slightly and place the club down by pushing your hips back, center chest forward and dropping on. Make sure that your right shoulder is lower than your left and not the other way around.
In this section, John Lubin will teach the second tilt that should be done to achieve proper posture in golf. Stand straight, place the hips back and let the center of the chest come forward, from there flex the knees a little bit.
In this section, John Lubin will tell you to maintain the spine angle that you achieved from tilting to the right and forward in the entire golf swing. Don’t lose the spine angle coming into the ball.
