When it comes to loft, choose the wedges with 48 degrees, 50 degrees and 58 degrees loft. Another factor that you should consider when buying a wedge is the bounce. Bounce is affected by how the leading edge and the back edge have a relationship to each other. When the bounce is too much you will increase your chances of hitting a thin shot and when it is less you will mostly hit every shot fat especially if you are playing in a soft ground. One last factor is the toe and the heel of the club face.
