In this section, Bobby Eldridge makes an introduction and talks about the position of the head when doing a golf swing. For the past 10 years, golf instructors often conclude that when you are topping the shot it must be because you are lifting your head and advices to keep the head down during the golf swing. He also demonstrates that keeping your head down during the entire swing is as wrong as lifting your head up on the entire duration of the swing.
In this section, Bobby Eldridge will demonstrate on the fine combination of what does the head do on the golf swing. As the golf club swings back, dont move the head. In the down swing. As the arms unwind and the left hip starts to get out of the way, the golf club is gonna swing into the button of the hip at that point, the speed of the right arm is gonna star pulling you around. Do not turn your head before your arms starts to go down and dont keep your head down after the hit. Let the speed of the hands and arms coming past the golf ball turn you and pull you through.
