In this section, Shawn
Clemens makes an introduction and talks about awareness in you swing versus you
thinking about the proper swinging techniques when addressing the ball.
Allowing yourself to practice freely is the best way to find the appropriate
grip on your golf swing.
In this section, Shawn
Clemens talks about grip pressure on address. When you hold the club you have
to make the golf club a part of you of you in a dynamic setting. This can be
done by practicing on your perpetual motion drill by swinging the club back and
through without stopping and feel the grip pressure that you need to have so
that your fingers are not moving on the club during the swing, your club is not
falling out of position and your hands not prying apart. You have to feel that
you hands can stay on the club back and through without moving whatsoever.
In this section, Shawn
Clemens gives a bit of advice on how to determine if you are holding the club
properly. If your feel like the club is cradled on your index finger on top of
the swing and all the pressure are always against the index finger and not on
the thumb then you are holding the club correctly.
