In this section, Bobby Eldridge makes an introduction and then will show the role that the knees play in the entire golf wing process. The correct posture in golf is to bend over from the bones in your hips and slightly flexing the knees. In the backswing, the knees should never go straight. In fact, the left knee should bend a little bit more than the right knee in the entire golf swing.
In this section, Bobby Eldridge will demonstrate the knee movement in the golf swing step by step. In the upswing the knees don’t move with the left knee slightly flexed more compared to the right knee. In the downswing, as the arms start to unwind the knees should not move and only after the golf club hits the ball and pass through your body and the left hip starts to move out of the way then and only then does the right knee start to go straighter.
