In this section, Shawn Clement makes an introduction and talks about keeping your arms in front of your body back and through during the golf swing. Imagine two pieces of  2x4 wood plank extending out from both your shoulder and keeping your arms inside the wood plank throughout the whole swing.

Raise the club and rest it on your the right shoulder and between your neck then turn your body then extend your arms back out.

Keeping the elbows close together in front of you throughout the whole golf swing will also keep your arms in front of you back and through.
