In this section, John Lubin makes an introduction on how difficult it is to aim in the game of golf. Aiming is something that you have to work on so that each time you approach the shot you will be able to aim it at the proper direction.

In this section, John Lubin will give you a couple of tips on how to aim. For practice, pick a spot 3 to 5 feet away from the ball to serve as your intermediate target and put a golf ball to serve as a mark.  There are two things that we aim, the club face and then the body. First, set the club down behind the ball, aim the club face on your intermediate target and then set you body parallel to the target line. Your feet, knees, hips and shoulders should be parallel to the target line. The biggest factor in aiming is your shoulders so it should be parallel to your target, not your feet. If your shoulders are off your arms will swing in the wrong direction.
